First and foremost, thank you for visiting my Jogging Spot I hope you enjoy!!
As we do, we get older, and I have never been much of a runner so at age 35 I decided it was time I did something about my health, I purchased a Treadmill, I now often refer to as the roller and started my challenge. Please browse around and do not hesitate to contact me if I can in any way help you in your own 5klm or 10klm challenge - I would love to hear from you.
