Daily Jog – Ouch
Well true to the advice of Rob, I have completed I guess what I would consider a Decent jog. With a 3% incline I did a 5min warm up at 6klm per hour a 10min run at 10klm p/h a 2min walk at 6klm p/h then another 10min run at 10klm p/h and finished off with a 5min, 6klm p/h walk. Ouch it hurt a bit, but feel good now.
Also weight looks good, have dropped 1.1kg
Daily Jog – my PT said
Ok, here I was thinking I was doing really well and all was right with the world. Bombshell a really good mate of mine who is also a Personal Trainer has told me that running on a non-inclined treadmill was like running down hill, dope. So now I have to start over, well when I got home from work I gave it a try, 3min walk 10min run and 3min walk all WITH a 3% incline. Thanks Rob, lol.
Daily Jog – 28 minute jog
Well I did an afternoon jog today, with a 7am appointment with a client I did not feel like getting up in the morning at 5am. I was able to do a 28minute run which enabled my jogging distance to be 4.67 nearly at the magic 5klm mark. Only another 2 minutes jogging to go and I should reach 5klm jogging at 10klm per hour.
Daily Jog – 4.17km jog
What a jog, was able to keep going for 25minutes today, for me that is a great achievement. I really do believe the cool down walk is a essential to achieving my goals, the reason is that it leaves when you think back to the run, you remember a more relaxing 5 minutes rather than the pain of the full 25 minutes.
