Afternoon jog

Ok after lackluster run this Morning I decided to do another run this time 20min with 3min warmup and cool down. All with a 6% incline

2klm run with 6% incline

Well I have done a morning run at 10klm/hr for 2klm with a 6% incline. I figure if I an goin to do a shorter run I has better increase the difficulty.
