11klm/hr 5klm jog

Well I pushed myself a little harder today and was able to complete the 5klm run at a 11klm/hr pace, which I am extremely happy with.  That meant that I was able to bring my time down from 30 min to 27.38 so a 2.62 increase, small but something.

Good 5klm run

Well I did a good run today, I actually did a 10min run then took a phone call then did a 5klm run.

Another morning jog

Ok well completed a 3.4klm jog this morning after only doing 2.5klm yesterday today feels better. A 5klm jog in the morning will be good as I do not seem to have the same stamina as I do in the afternoon.

Morning jog

After a three day break I have decided to have a Morning run, only completed a 2.5klm run so not at all impressed but at least I got out of bed early enough to do it with a small amount of motivation

5klm run

Well three 5klm runs in a row albeit that I have done it with a rest day in between. Still makes me happy

5klm run after day off

Ok well did not exercise yesterday so I have done a 5klm run today I know not much in professional joggers terms but hey I am happy with it.

Sunday jog

Ok well since I did not exercise yesterday I felt I had to do something good today. I completed a 5klm jog at 10klm / hr feel really good after it. I completed a small 20 rep ab session.

12klm/hr run

I did not exercise yesterday and nearly missed my chance today, however I was able to complete a 10min run approx 2klm at A speed of 12klm/hr. Remember to check out my Six Pack Abs Website

Afternoon jog

Ok well my last jog was yesterday morning so I gave myself 30 hours to recover. Not overly impressed but was able to do a 20min jog at 11klm/hr. Completed a small Abs Workout 

Morning jog

Well I have not done a morning jog in a while but did not realize it would hurt so much. I did a 15min jog at 11klm/hr with a 3min warmup and cool down. 2.7 klm covered
