Tuesday afternoon and I have completed a 3klm jog, not as far as I had hoped, any luck I can back it up with a 5 klm tomorrow
Wow I have come back and done a 5klm jog and on a Sunday afternoon no less. I will be sore tomorrow.
Took to the streets today with my 22 month old carried him for a 5klm walk up one SERIOUS hill.
Ok i picked the pace up today and did a 5 min run at 14klm / hr and the remainder at 10 klm / hr. Hoping to get back to a full 5klm run soon and achieve my target of 5 klm to 10 klm run
Ok well felt better so have run a 3.3klm run with a 3% incline. Felt good hopefully back to a 5klm jog within a couple of weeks
Ok well two days off and back on the roller today. Completed a 25 min jog with a 5min warm up and cool down. So actual running distance was 2.5klm and 1klm walking. Feel good.
Ok backed up yesterday's run with a bit better performance, feel comfortable however may have not stretched enough. : (
Ok well it has been a while, I have been very lazy and not been doing any exercise so hopefully with a little effort I will get back into it. My weight is 72.8kg
