5klm run after day off

Ok well did not exercise yesterday so I have done a 5klm run today I know not much in professional joggers terms but hey I am happy with it.

Sunday jog

Ok well since I did not exercise yesterday I felt I had to do something good today. I completed a 5klm jog at 10klm / hr feel really good after it. I completed a small 20 rep ab session.

12klm/hr run

I did not exercise yesterday and nearly missed my chance today, however I was able to complete a 10min run approx 2klm at A speed of 12klm/hr. Remember to check out my Six Pack Abs Website

Afternoon jog

Ok well my last jog was yesterday morning so I gave myself 30 hours to recover. Not overly impressed but was able to do a 20min jog at 11klm/hr. Completed a small Abs Workout 

Morning jog

Well I have not done a morning jog in a while but did not realize it would hurt so much. I did a 15min jog at 11klm/hr with a 3min warmup and cool down. 2.7 klm covered

Jogging at 11klm/hr

Ok well today I increased the speed to 11klm/hr I completed a 20min jog that took me 3.67 klm. A 3 min warmup and cool down. Feel ok after it but will do this run a couple more times before increasing. Time to do my Steps to Six Pack Abs training session

5k Jog with 3% incline

9% incline 10min run

Ok so today I wanted to try the 9% incline on the treadmill and after a 3min warm up and cool down I completed a 10min run.

Fast jog 14klm/hr

Still trying to increase my speed and endurance. I am achieving a solid 5min run which covers over 1.16 klm at the 14klm/hr pace but that seems to be my limit. The next step will be to increase that to 1.5klm.

Afternoon jog

Ok after lackluster run this Morning I decided to do another run this time 20min with 3min warmup and cool down. All with a 6% incline
