I believe the more we put ourselves in situations that confirm we are capable of doing this we did not think we were able to do, the stronger our ability becomes to complete tasks on a more regular basis.</p>

		<description><![CDATA[Well I pushed myself a little harder today and was able to complete the 5klm run at a 11klm/hr pace, which I am extremely happy with. &#160;That meant that I was able to bring my time down from 30 min to 27.38 so a 2.62 increase, small but something.]]></description>
