Long time no run
Yea it has been a long time since I did my running, very slack. Feel better now .
Third day at 2.5k
Well in a effort of consistency I have continued my 2.5k jog this morning. I know this is laughable to any athlete but bear with me.
Jog after a large break
Well it has been a number of days since I had a run, so I completed a 5klm run at 10klm hr. Was happy with the fact that I was able to complete the run. I believe the more we put ourselves in situations that confirm we are capable of doing this we did not [...]
11klm/hr 5klm jog
Well I pushed myself a little harder today and was able to complete the 5klm run at a 11klm/hr pace, which I am extremely happy with. That meant that I was able to bring my time down from 30 min to 27.38 so a 2.62 increase, small but something.
Good 5klm run
Well I did a good run today, I actually did a 10min run then took a phone call then did a 5klm run.
Another morning jog
Ok well completed a 3.4klm jog this morning after only doing 2.5klm yesterday today feels better. A 5klm jog in the morning will be good as I do not seem to have the same stamina as I do in the afternoon.
Morning jog
After a three day break I have decided to have a Morning run, only completed a 2.5klm run so not at all impressed but at least I got out of bed early enough to do it with a small amount of motivation

Well three 5klm runs in a row albeit that I have done it with a rest day in between. Still makes me happy

Ok well did not exercise yesterday so I have done a 5klm run today I know not much in professional joggers terms but hey I am happy with it.
Sunday jog
Ok well since I did not exercise yesterday I felt I had to do something good today. I completed a 5klm jog at 10klm / hr feel really good after it. I completed a small 20 rep ab session.
