Daily Jog – Sunday Session
Had a great little jog this morning, much of a continuation from yesterdays jog, with a 5 min warm up then 10 minute run, however today the break before the next 10 min run was only a 3 minute walk instead of a 5 minute walk. Total of 4.54 Km jogged, however again I decided that I wanted to take the distance to 5km so after my session I cranked the handle to 14 KPH and finished of the remaining metres.
Daily Jog – 18min jog today
I was able to complete a 36 minute jog today, a total in 18 minutes jogging. Nearly reaching my goal of 5 klm. Today I completed the jog in the afternoon compared to doing a morning run and I felt a little more comfortable, however I find it easier to schedule the time in the morning so will continue my morning routines. Daily Jog – Still Half-Way to 5k set
Today I was able to stick to my plan of repeating the last sessions run. I completed 34 min run which covered approximately 4.1 km with a 5 minute warm up walk at 6 kph, the a 3 min run at 10 kph, 2 minute walk, then two sessions of 5 min run with a 2 minute walk in between. Although my muscles are a little tired I felt I completed the run with some reserve energy which means I will attempt the same run again tomorrow and then move onto the next session on Friday.

Week 4 Day 2, the total exercise for todays session is 36 minutes. I have increased my individual run time for each set to 5 minutes, and three minute walks. Tomorrow is the half-way to 5k badge, cannot believe I am only half-way, lol.
Daily Jog – First Jog in New Year
Ouch!!!
My last run was on the 30th december and now that it is the 4th January I really felt the difference. A total 34 minute exercise with 14 minutes running and a maximum 4 minute set. Here on out it looks like the sessions start to get a bit harder, I guess welcome to 2012 and my new years resolution.
Daily Jog – Last Jog for 2011
Well what better way to end the year then to increase my sessions running time, we have increase the total running time from 8 minutes to 15 minutes. A maximum 3 minute run and a total workout of 30 minutes.
